We will ONLY accept returns for GENUINE cases with VALID reasons. Otherwise all purchases from our website are considered FINAL.
All request will need to be emailed to email@example.com with Order Reference as title.
Request for Return or Refund needs to be done within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise mutually agreed by both parties.
Should BUYER cancel the order for non product related reasons (ie manufacturing defects), returns will ONLY be in terms of store credit.
Should Brick Sanctuary need to cancel your order due to error on our side, you will be given choice of store credit or full refund. For the full refund we will process your refund as soon as possible, but will take a maximum of 14 working days.
All return items will be subjected to quality check by Brick Sanctuary. If items fails to meet the required standard, Brick Sanctuary reserves the right NOT to process the return / refund.
